I have the same question before but based on my experiences for the past years being here in crypto it will going to depend on the project(coins/tokens) if they will going to have a great increase too on bull run but most of the coin are increasing on bull run even those new listed coin/tokens.
Bitcoin goes up doesn't mean that all cryptos grow up, I think you are wrong to think that. The fluctuation of the market is hard for predicting, but the bull run in 2019 is hard to happen due to the conflict between developing countries in the world.
