simply having any coin listed on an exchange is certainly not enough to ensure that a cryptocoin will survive.

i don't think that would be a good investment as for listing they are very expensive
and their trust factor has hit rock bottom since they got hacked because of bad code
and had millions worth of crypto stolen from them.
