I don't think so. AFAIK, @sadbatman created Ombre and did not seem take profit from the coin. He did not claim much about the coin which is totally different than most scam coins do. He could not continue to work on Ombre because of his illness. Hope the coin can return to exchange, I am trying to help. You can claim the coin is not so alive but you cannot claim it is scam, hope you accept the difference.
