I really appreciate you trying to help me out, thanks!

Every time I try to change anything in the cube settings, I get: The parameters are updated or the system is simply restarted!

Even if I don't change anything and hit enter, I still get the same deal with 608 after.

I have to reset the cube to get back into the cube settings if I try to make changes.  If I don't and get the message. I can just close and cut and paste into a new window.

That's the message you should get when you make changes.

When you make changes to the IP field of the Cube settings, you have to use the NEW IP address to access the control panel.

First, start simple.

Presumably you have computers/devices accessing your modem/router.  What IP addresses are leased to those?

192.168.0.xxx?  192.168.1.xxx?  Something else?  Start there.  Sounds like this might be your first foray into some basic networking so that's probably the snafu that's tripping you up.

Hang in there.  You'll get it.  Smiley

Yeah, this is my first time messing with anything like this. I've managed to change IP settings and such and I can get the stratum proxy to run, but I believe i have the ports messed up?

This is what the proxy looks like:

I've never managed to get it that far before, so I must be doing something right, I hope.  Undecided

Here is the cube:

The pool ports part confuse me though, you said "-gp your.proxy.port" and "-gp SomeRandomPortOn192.168.0.222" I used 8332 but I'm thinking thats wrong.

I'm assuming that has to match with something in the cube settings and on my computer?
