Right we have golden chance now a day at very low price but it will rise very high after few years, so investing now is very important if you lose this chance may be for next bearish you will have to wait for long term or otherwise you will earn profit but miner one, so invest now price is really good for us profit will surely be very high.
Best of my knowledge Miner One is bankrupt and has shut down all operations long ago when the difficulty got too high and not profitable. They wanted to lower electricity price and move their operation in east Ukraine - lel 
Better invest directly in BTC right now like you suggested it, that could make a nice profit.
