Changed to new config from OP. Waited for a while, I don't know why, but finally it's working out.
Did you have no connections to start while waiting?
I just tried the ops settings just want to know what happened when waiting im getting impatient here
There was one connections at the beginning, this disappeared, and so on. After ~5 minutes it started to synchronize with the network.
PS: You have to relaunch the wallet everytime you change the config of crs.
