I think that the next growth of the market will begin when the projects start to fully function. Also, growth will begin when even more countries legalize cryptocurrencies.
We know that it takes a lot of time to implement it. So environment should be ready for full functionality. And I guess waiting for so much time will take most people away from crypto trade. On the other hand, there are coins that are not yet ready but have already reached the required position, remember 2017.
