Hello so basically to make it clear fortunejack simply canceled a winning bet I made without giving me a reason I was betting on lightning roulette and the number rolled, I won and got a message saying my bet was not made on time so i didnt get my winnings, this has happened to me twice I got the game ids and I have been ignored by support many times until I made it public they are just now only escalating my problem to game provider to tell me the reason why I my bet was canceled and maybe my money back! In this gallery you can see all my missings tickets I opened and got insta deleted and wont even show up at ticket record and you can see fortunejack clearly admiting they refunded my bet but know the reason why it happened, so now you refund winning bets without a reason?

I suggest that if a provider cancels a bet for whatever reason, make it visible in the account. I talked to OP, and it seems you have removed all traces of the bet from his account, and you only admitted that the provider had not resolved the bet
after he emailed you. This is quite unprofessional. I've played on your site before with no problems, but what I can see here is what is at best unprofessional, and at worst a blatant scam. I hope you get back to all of us about what exactly happened and when OP will be repaid his winnings.
