You are very optimistic about the changes of both block rewards and price of Absolute coin.I don't think only changes in block reward structure can force considerable changes in price movements of Absolute coin.
Another plus point beside the block reward structure change, is the ABS has fluctuated in very narrow range for last two months.
As we talk about numbers, any kind of change in any aspect, matters.
Probably it will not been reflected now in the market and i agree that it can't force big changes by itself.
Still though is a change that have impact.
