I saw in other projects such a situation when the developers called some dates, but then did not have time to complete the plans in a timely manner.
the team may have decided not to give the date until the finished product is released.
of course it is better not to make promises that are hard to fulfill and not to reassure people,and so there is still a little intrigue in anticipation of the working product
the developers must have the development plan of the project, which they have to follow in compliance with the development plan more popular with users and investors than the uncertain date
