From the very link you gave us, it can be seen that there is some volume (about 10.39 BTC) in the last 24 hours. So people clearly trade BCX somewhere.

Have you tried to check the exchanges listed it the above link? Like Gate.io or OKEx? For example, Gate.io seems to have decent activity in the BCX/USDT pair.
