As I can see, 335971 merits have been sent by all users. I added this image to my post on the first page.
Ahh you caught me! For months I was purposefully sitting on a stack of merits in order to not cross your detection threshold, but one night I couldn't help myself and gave out a few more than I should have. Well done, sir.
The detection algorithm caught you.
In any case, this is a good point. If a merit source earns a lot of sMerits or does not give merits too much, the detection algorithm will not spot such a user.
