I reckon more exchange will not be the issue here, even bigger exchange will not make to major different as the important thing about any crypto project is to how we can implement a real use case for $GALI.

For the record, $GALI is listed in about 9 Exchange with a decent volume, so i think it is good enough considering the project is not even one year since takeover occur. Check on https://galilel.cloud for the exchanges link.
