There's no way someone's going to sell you this amount anonymously.
Call me a sales thrasher but that's just the facts.

I know a service which might want to sell you ~10k worth of bitcoin through SEPA w/out verification. I can't vouch for them, and haven't extensively researched them. You can PM me if you want.
