About "plagiarism", who has not commited errors being newbie or bigginer? I have started here like a bounty hunter and last half a year mostly being occupied with my topic and reading news, and nothing more. There are literraly thousands of bots that are doing a lot of harm with no ban or red trust.
The "mail" doesn't matter because even if you got unbanned you'd be banned again for plagiarism. So I don't think your ban appeal will succeed. I'm thinking that the e-mail is some sort of mix-up since it's far more likely that you've been banned for plagiarism but again - doesn't matter.
Please let us know the usernames of the "thousands of bots" and we'll report them if they break the rules.
