You're a bear if you trade.
You can't win with the trade. With trade, only the amount of coins increases, but in dollars you are down. Trade is the only winning exchanges.
Stop trading, just buy. Hodl in your own wallet.
The bulls will eventually win.
I do both, bull or bear trend maybe will come when "people who want it" make it come. Maybe if only from market, it not change a lot because out of market, there are bigger transaction that happen.
