You have right,this is hopeless.I was there in telegramchat as someone asked whats about bounty rewards.He stated that all this was not fair for bounty hunters,waste of time ,work for nothing.And Admin said "why this should be unfair,you have just doing some tasks,some retweeting"
Well,thats says everything how CEO and Admin is thinking about Bounty Hunters and their job.

Hello, I asked for bounty payment on Cellblock telegram on april27.
I don't like the answer, I'm not sure we'll receive payment.
Here's what we talked, just in order to share information :
ME : Hello. When payment of 10 Eth Bounty? It should have been paid when softcap reached...
ADMIN JONAS B: We have paused the ICO for now. We will restart it soon.
ME : That's not fair with Bounty hunters. ICO wasn't stopped when softcap reached.
ADMIN JONAS B: Really? all you did was retweet some post, is it really unfair to you? The we returned the funds to people who wanted it returned. We will re launch the ICO soon and not all asked for refunds, they wanted the extra tokens, so with that said, we are below our softcap now.

Will prisoners need access to smart devices in order to use CellBlocks? I'm interested in learning how it works on the prisoner side.
