To my knowledge all of these upgrading services utilize hacked family accounts to make the upgrade (thus the low price) and there’s none or very few out there that use legitimate accounts to do the upgrade despite whatever these people say. That being said I’ve used services like this one before without issue, but the premium went away after a few months or weeks and it’s at your own risk.
