I don't think the inability for ICOs to be successful these days is mainly due to drop in bitcoin price. There are a lot of contributing factors. The numerous scam incidence is even a major factor which is preventing people from investing. All the same, those projects with promising mission and vision will surely survive no matter the price of bitcoin at that time
This is true even if the price of bitcoin is not appealing it will not affect the ico. There are a lot of investor now that is not rush to investing their money. They are very picky because a lot of scam ico is created for the sole purpose of getting peoples money.
