You can buy and accumulate but don't expect a great return very soon. I believe that this time is like another opportunity before the endagame which is the last huge pump of the market and the stabilizing after. Everything is so cheap so it is definitely a buy time. The market is not that low and it just adjusted back to the amount of the people who are the real believers of the tech.
