Is it possible to buy tokens only through Asian banks? And if I use American banks this form of payment is possible?
As far as I know, US citizens are prohibited from participating in an ICO. Therefore, it makes no sense for you to try to pay through US banks. I think so, but I could be wrong.
I wonder why they are forbidden to participate in the ICO? What are the reasons for this ban?
