Yes! Everyone believes that bitcoin will rise again this year. Many Bitcoin's price analyst predicted that this year and 2020 are the years of bull. It is quitely moving now and my opinion is 2019 is the year of change. Sometimes worst are surprising and shocking especially if didn't prepare.
