They said they have released a windows wallet. I did not see any difference of it though from the first program they released (all in cmd window)

I have an adress to my wallet, but i dont know how to access it Can someone please help? Even to just create a compeltely new wallet so i can at least put my new funds in it.. Or could you store your coins in a big exchange site such as coins-e ?
