Im feeling like most altcoins have bottomed out for the most part. If things ever turn around, I think a lot of these projects will skyrocket.
I currently have 79% of my holdings in BTC. 8% Eth, 7% LTC, 3% BNB, and the rest in various shitcoins.
Lets say I wanted to put 5% of my bitcoin into 3 projects...what would you recommend?

There is nothing wrong with having most of your holdings in bitcoin but if what you are after are profits then I think you are holding too much bitcoin, if I were you I will lower my bitcoin holdings 20% or 30%, now about your question you cannot go wrong by just increasing your current holdings, ethereum will surely go up during the next months once people feel the reduction in the amount of ethereum being mined, litecoin will go through a halving in this year and the binance coin is giving no signs that it will stop growing.
