Cryptopia has completed the swap, and $PAC is now live for trading!
I hope you are aware you are quoting a statement which is roughly one year old.
In between Coinexchange was available for $PAC trading, deposits and withdrawals.
Currently, one is trying to negotiate with Coinexchange at which terms they would be performing the latest $PAC wallet upgrade and resuming normal $PAC operations on their platform.
