Buying stellar will be way easy now for U.S. customers - Stellar Lumens (XLM) is launching on Coinbase Pro

"After 1pm PT on March 13, 2019, we will begin accepting inbound transfers of XLM to Coinbase Pro. We will accept deposits for approximately 12 hours prior to enabling full trading.
Once sufficient supply of XLM is established on the platform, trading on the XLM/USD, XLM/EUR, and XLM/BTC order books will start in phases, beginning with post-only mode and proceeding to full trading should our metrics for a healthy market be met."
