I think this year will be good for the market. I won't suggest investing now, but end of this spring would be a good time in my opinion
there is no guarantee for it, but if you want great profits, you should accept great risk. Maybe prices will never bloom, and all of us will lose. But if you do not risk now, you may regret it.
