actually EOS is a good coin but on this situation probably its difficult to rise again like BNB . If you look through the graph it seems  will become stagnant for long time unless market and other coins show a progress again IMO.  because it follows only or climbing once other promising coin stabilizing as well .but for me even though EOS rise soon it cant over take BNB now because it has stable price now and seem will break new records soon even though market is keep suffering.
