This is not good condition obviously, at least they should give you an option to withdraw it (they send it manually by request). I know how it feels buddy, but have you requested them to withdraw your money by support email? If you did it and they do not give any answers then you should wait for no more than 24hours as they said it two days ago that the update time may take 48-72 hours. 48 hours passed so it should be ready soon, otherwise you should ask them to send your money manually.
