Это типа вывод откроют через 14 дней? Или торги запустят через 14 дней?

3.8. Delivery of Tokens; Trading Market
The purchased Tokens will remain under the custody of the Issuer until the token delivery date, which is anticipated to occur within fourteen (14) days after the completion of the IEO (the Token Delivery).
No withdrawals, deposits or trading of any Tokens purchased in the IEO will be permitted using the Services until the date of the Token Delivery by the Issuer. No Trades in the Token will be permitted using the Services until such time as Bittrex opens one or more markets for the Token, which is anticipated to occur within fourteen (14) days after the completion of the IEO. During the time between your Purchase of Tokens and the Token Delivery by the Issuer, you will not be able to transfer, withdraw or Trade your Tokens using the Services. Bittrex will not be liable for any losses suffered by you resulting from your inability to transfer, withdraw or Trade Tokens during such Period, or for any other losses during such period. You acknowledge that Token valuations and exchange rates after the Token Delivery by the Issuer may differ significantly from the valuations and rates prior to such event.
Если коротко то они гарантируют что на протяжении 14 дней раздадут токены и начнут торги. Я наверное пас, потенциальная возможность залочить битки в откровенном шлаке на две недели, так себе перспектива.
