Bounty rewards distribution will take place after the close of the ICO (scheduled 30 November of this year).

People who signed up with their Kanga Exchange account addresses may get their tokens as early as in May (beginning of pre ICO sale), but they will be locked until the end of the ICO anyway (= they will see the tokens in their account balance, but won’t be able to withdraw or trade them).

So in terms of when the bounty tokens will actually become available, we’re talking early December 2019.
