It is very hard to understand what you are saying truely. I couldn't figure out what you said about social media. Comparing Whatsapp and Bitcoin didn't seem right to me.
maybe he mentioned the Facebook plan to make crypto itself, but it really didn't have the relevance of comparing two different technologies.
in fact this is only a Facebook internal problem.
