I can't see the reasoning for this at all. BTC dominates the market, and of course things can change in future, but good projects in crypto don't stand still, and BTC has plenty of potential for further improvements. Same for ETH - smart contracts will surely be huge in the future, and ETH leads the way on this by some distance.
EOS I've never liked, mostly because of that ICO - but it still can't be ruled out as something that will perform well in future.
