He moved his buy wall above my small buy order by 5 satoshi. So he is buying everything he can.

Sure, he wants to buy. If he doesn´t want to buy, he would place his wall lower. Some ppl. are selling in his wall. He will make so much money. If I had some more BTC left, I would buy. I´m very sure it will be at 100000 very fast.

Economics 101: Demand>Supply Price goes up

Buying 100 btc worth of SMC is hard unless you ask for a high price. If no one sells at a low price then supply is low and demand is high since there's more buying power (money) then selling power hence price goes up. If 100 BTC buy order were to show up the price would skyrocket.
