Yup! That's why I get confused why Unionbank tell that they are the first who established a btc ATM here in our country and why others believe the same thing (well, probably they're not aware of it). If they say that they are the first company/bank who did this then probably they're the first, but technically speaking, they're still not the first 
. By the way, here's my post way back the time when someone shared a news regarding this issue.

Yung mga naunang ATM's kasi ay solely for buying purposes only [as per zenrol28 post] at hindi rin malinaw kung available din ba kung Altcoins ang kailangan mo. Ang malinaw dito ay yung Union Bank's ATM machine can do it all.
