I've heard about IEO on bittrex this month. But this is not verified information.
ICO and IEO are very different things. IEO means
Initial
Exchange
Offering. So they have plans of listing on Bittrex when launch.
And it at least shows the serious intentions of the developers
I know the differences... But as i said this information needs to be confirmed by the team.
