Launch a Dex exchange doesn't prove your legitimate. I don't think it's too costly create a Dex exchange. I have seen on Service board, lot of developers offering to create Dex and Cex exchange with very low price. So it's not enough to prove yourself.

Problem with your website contents. You have used fake team and plagiarized whitepaper. Let's say your website was under development and you didn't change photo. But what about your whitpaper? Why you have plagiarized from others ? And why you have uploaded on incomplete website.

This is very old excuse and your activity isn't trustworthy to me.
