Answering your question, no we don't escrow funds. It is our policy. We do not fraud people. If there's no trust from the begining, it is not worth to start. A simple example. We were looking for people who would shoot 3-5 minutes long videos about different crypto topics. Payment only after video had been done. Despite the fact that conversion was low, we managed to find quite many people, convience them to cope with us and we ran that campaign very successfully. The customer was satisfied, all the people got their money. Moreover we had couple of people who failed to comply with our rules. We could have reject them, but we still paid and encouraged them that next time it will be better.
