As far I know you don't need to set an email or 2FA first for withdrawal process, just enter the minimum amount there and your withdrawal request will be processed as soon as possible.
Anyway, I still don't know why I can not setup 2FA with QR code image from the site.
Still don't know what is the problem, but the Windice site should give two options, QRcode image or 2FA code with letters.
Then someone who want to setup 2 FA can choose one of those two options for their accounts.
FYI, at the first time windice launch, to enable 2FA they only provide QR code for desktop and mobile version. Then I suggest them to add 2FA code/keywords to their site and now they provide QR code for desktop version and 2FA code/keywords + link for mobile version.
