The answer is on their FAQ, the minimum withdrawal for each coin can be seen on https://windice.io/faq#f34You don't have to activate your 2FA in able to withdraw, I was able to withdraw without setting up 2fa.
That is the answer that I was looking for, from someone who already did the withdrawal process. Thanks for that. Was asking for my account settings not the min withdrawal amount though.
