The Bitsum Telegram wallet has been there for months, even more than one year.
Since its start or several days or weeks after the birthday of Bitsum project, mainnet launched, the BSM released its Telegram wallet.
Bitsum Facebook wallet released months later the Telegram wallet, and I did not use the kind of wallet, so I am not sure how quality it is.
