So basically the biggest prize of this contest is worth 1.2$ and you probably cannot even exchange that to another altcoin or bitcoin because it is only available on a very few exchanges and on those, there is a very low trading volume. You promote in the title that you offer crypto assets already listed on Bitfinex but SEER is not yet listed there so this only creates a bad reputation for you.
It's listed on Bitfinex, just coinmarketcap did not include it.

And for that link you gave, it was July 5, 2018. If the coin stayed that low since the date it was listed, it might be taken out.
