I don't think you can get investment if not a loan. Especially like what you said, no experience. Maybe if you are rich guy, it will be easy to get someone who work for you. Because idea will not really help in this business.
When someone is rich enough the he wont ask for the investors,he need to convince the people related to those business then he can get successful through his project successful.
