Rank icons contain url link, is it safe and does not violate one of forum rules?

Additionally, is the site that the URL link leads to safely?
I don't see reason to add URL link on the Rank Icons, so you should remove them all and requires posters in the topic use new template does not contain URL link for their next reports on new ranked up users.
