It's not a scam, more like a powerstruggle between blockchain OS and the foundation. There's very little information about it on English. But there seems to be a solution in the near future. The price has gone up also in the last couple of days, so my hope is up. There is a lot going on also in the background and that can't be bad. I would not recommend to sell if you are a holder but I wouldn't buy a shitload either.
