Let's wait a bit four more days (one week in total) and see that OP will come back, answer questions or not.

Are you serious? Customer support is one of the primary factors based on which online casinos are rated and op has clearly proven that he/she does not care about answering the queries posted by users in this thread.
No one is willing to wait for a week or more to have their queries answered.
