Three days passed since the last active day of OP, so I think it is to soon to conclude.
Let's wait a bit four more days (one week in total) and see that OP will come back, answer questions or not.
If not, there is nothing to do with CSC Jackpot.
A website who respects themselves and their users will give response in less than 24 hours, maybe 48 hours for some special situations or informations but one week it's just disrespectful especially because the website is new and there are no reviews from people or websites about it. But, still let's just not talk to soon. Maybe the OP has some personal problems that need to resolve urgently and that's why he is not responding. Even though this sounds like a very stupid reason to not even give a quick answer or announcement everything is possible.
