No one can predict the future clearly because the cryptocurrency market is volatile, there may be predictions and opinions that we may find true or otherwise, in my opinion this market will improve this year and if you follow the technical analysis and expert opinions and news you will find my opinion is compatible with them.
While there are no tools to determine the price, I do not believe that the expert's opinions are correct. This increase may be now or years later. Best of all, evaluate the opportunity to collect your currencies from cheap price.
Many of experts created wrong prediction about that and it seems like that those predictions are useless. I believe a few years later crypto will create its new ATH again and this will always happen. I have watched the dead of crypto so many times.
