It's not good publicity if they act like crypto is some underground crime syndicate that will have the main characters running for their lives.
And that is exactly the way they gonna show crypto in their movie.
No one will be curious to see how people are sending BTC transactions to each other, BTC rate is stable and everyone is happy. They need an action it will be made by compiling some of the existing negative cliche about cryptocurrencies.
It can't be a good movie by default.
Exactly but unfortunately if this is a big movie (thank God it looks like a bad indie flick with a single known actor) public perception of Bitcoin would change to those who wouldn't have ever even use it but want it banned.
