Your statement alone might not be enough but on where you have posted it clearly points out you are talking about the forum. The OP talks about his fair share of experiences with Bitcoin as well as his experience with Bitcointalk. The rest of the members who posted before you have just talked about mostly their experiences within the Bitcointalk forum mostly about signature campaigns and bounties so clearly I know when you are talking about your experiences and "rules and regulations" you are just referring to the ones BCT has in the forum.
